Tess’s favorite tree is damaged in a storm and must be cut down. Tess grieves for her beloved tree, but then gathers her friends and family together for a celebration of the life of her tree. As generations of neighbors share stories about Tess’s tree (which was their tree, too) they weave together a gentle story that celebrates life, healing, and connections.
